·   Lakshmi Rieter blow room line opens the cotton tufts and removes the trash and makes it as a lap

Lakshmi - Rieter Cards with Uster Autoleveller

·   The carding machine opens the lap and removes the trash and then condenses it into a sliver.
·   Model LC 300V3, LC 3001/3 and CI/3 with continuous on line monitoring for 100% quality checking.

Rieter Autoleveller Draw Frames RSB 851

·   Model RSB-851 Single Delivery with short term Autoleveller maintains yarn count CV% below 1.5

Lakshmi - Rieter Combers E 7/4

·   Used to remove the short fibers and produces the lap by condensing 4 - 8 slivers

Lakshmi - Speed Frames LF 1400

·   The speed frame condenses the sliver in to roving.
·   Model LF 1400A with Pneumatic Drafting 4 over 4

 

Lakshmi - Rieter Ring Frames G 5/1

·   The ring frame further condenses the roving into yarn.
·   Model G5/1 with Pneumatic Drafting with Jacobi overhead cleaners

SIEGER Yarn Conditioning Plant

·   The entire operations are controlled by computer. Used for conditioning and twist setting of yarn. Final package moisture is maintained at required level.
