The 2011-MR Electronic Colour Sorter takes advantage of the difference in colour to separate defects and its performance mainly depends on the degree and type of chromatic defects among the product.

     The 2011-MR Rice Sorting Machine has a vibratory feed hopper and the product is conveyed by means of stainless steel chutes to the analysis chamber. In the chamber the product is illuminated by flourescent lamps and sighted by photo cells of the optical system with reference to the back ground and send electronic signals to the ejector valve which, in turn, releases air pulse to take - off defects from the product line.
