control laboratory with imported Dough Kneader and indigenous
equipments such as, Partial Mechanization and On - Time
Delays Mechanisms with facility of conducting several tests
at a time, Lab-Sifter, Sedimentation Shaker, Infra
Red Moisture Meter, Baking Oven and Muffle Furnace.

Roller Flour Mill
The mills have 100% Imported Rollers
and Indigenous Conveyors, Sieving, Separators and Purifiers.
Processes done for the better quality
of flour are:
- Cleaning & Conditioning
- Breaking, Sizing, Grinding
- Through rollers of capacity 120 MT per day
- Grading - Through Plan -
Sifters, stocks are graded into various fractions.
- Purification - Through Purifiers
- Extraction of flour in stage

- Sifting - Through Pneumatic
Handling System, stocks are sifted from ground to the top floor
using high pressure fans and filters
- Milling - Various finished
products as Maida, Sooji, Resultant Atta, Wheat Fine Bran and
Bran Flakes are carefully extracted by milling techniques with
gradual particle size reduction.

Other Facilities
The entire continuous process
unit has well supported service infrastructure of maintenance and
electrical departments in HT category operated by 500 KVA Transformer
and 380 KVA and 180 KVA stand-by Generator.
