The Second change is in bringing in a strong Customer Focus
Business cannot grow without Customer
Focus. Traditionally no customer complaints are accepted as a measure
of customer satisfaction. We have established measures to assess customer
satisfaction. The more appropriate reliable feedback will enable us
to serve the customers better.

The Third change is in bringing out Competence
The specific requirement of competence
will give an overall picture of job description. This will further
add value to define profiles of critical positions and any deficiency
shall reflect training needs. It actually includes the HR function
of organization.

The Last change is bringing in Improvement
The non-conformance's in audit, product
rejections, and non-meeting of process objectives are treated as basis
of improvements. It gives positive focus to all the negative findings
and defines projects for improvements. |
