Africa Coffee Huller
Sample hulling is done using this Huller to determine the coffee
bean yield. The capacity of this Huller is between 15-25 Kgs / hour,
depending on input characteristics. Both manual and motorised versions
of the Huller available
Hand
Sieves are used to analyse various grades of coffee beans collected
either from the grader or from a lot. These sieves are available
in sizes conforming to both Indian Coffee Board and International
Standards (Screen Nos. 12 to 20). The sieves are built with a tolerance
of ±0.05mm
to maintain a high level of accuracy in grading.
9"
Smout Peeler Polisher is used to carry out sample peeling. It
could also be used to determine the yield of coffee bean from parchment.
This polisher is capable of handling 10 - 15 Kgs / hour. This Peeler
Polisher is available either manually operated or motorised.
Sampling
Catador is used for segregation of good beans, light beans,
broken beans and shell beans from the bulk coffee beans and helps
determine their percentage on a sampling basis. Such segregation
makes grading easier, faster and more precise. Sampling can be done
from 30 - 40 Kgs / hour.
