M^cKINNON Mucilage Remover can be used for the mechanical removal of mucilage from parchment coffee, either straight out from the pulper or after fermentation. The mucilage is rubbed off as the parchment coffee travels through by the special design of the cylinder and is expelled out through a perforated steel cylindrical casing. This casing is split into two halves which can be hinged up or down for regular cleaning. The machine contains the reception hopper with water draining arrangement, heavy duty Cast Iron cylinder, Cast Iron support legs, removable sheet metal covers, outlet control with weight adjusting levers and water piping.
