The PROBAT range of
roasters is based on a simple consideration. PROBAT roasters must
be as versatile as the requirements of our customers. There are
also common features, for example, modern technology and a solid
design, the main objective being a product roasted to perfection.
For this reason, PROBAT
pursues a particular philosophy. The product to be roasted is moved
mechanically by the rotation of a drum, agitator or plate, without
influencing the hot air. PROBAT roasters provide optimal product
movement and hot air guidance without compromises. In the blend
roasting process, separation of the coffee beans is also excluded
due to varying bean sizes.
