APPLICATION AND MODE OF OPERATION 

An air lock device is a piece of equipment to allow discharge of process material from the space with air pressure different from the atmospheric to the space with normal pressure conditions. Process material can be grain, four or dust.

If the moisture content of the material is more than 14% and if the material is sticky or adhesive, the airlocks cannot function effectively.

The device consists of a case and rotor. The machine case has a inlet and outlet flanges adapted for connecting the centrifugal dust separators. Inside the case there is a rotor mounted on a shaft projecting out from the case in various lengths to accept the driving geared motor or the neighbouring air locks.
