Machines are mainly used in flour mills for complementary and auxiliary milling - detaching of raw semolina and dunst in combination with roller mills preferably in wheat milling runs and rye semolina runs. The machine working effect is achived by impact of high speed rotating pins of the rotor. This way endosperm particles are intensively separated from superficial outer bran coats.

Disintegrator

The impact milling process suitably complements the shear and friction modes of milling applied in roller mills. Beside that the entoleter acts also as a disinfection factor. It's application is possible both with mechanical and pneumatic conveyance systems. Processed stock is fed axially to the machine centre via the inlet extender with inlet cone, from where it is drawn in by the air stream produced by the rotor movement. Having passed the working chamber, the stock leaves the machine.
