The equipment is used for dampening of grain superficial coat layers prior to milling aimed to achieve better flexibility and cohesion of hull and limit its crumbling into flour. The machine high-speed rotor with lightened worm spiral and spreaders efficiently mixes the grain and water blend to provide for easier water penetration into the kernel coat layers. The mixer is also applicable for mixing of various kinds of dry and loose materials with similar physical properties. In these cases consultation with the manufacturer is recommedable. The machine rotor mounted in rolling contact bearings is made of a steel tube welded with a steel worm spiral with lightening holes. The other part of the rotor is furnished with interchangeable spreaders made of steel bars. Bottom of the rotor is sealed by a stuffing box and its top end by a rubber sealing ring. The machine body is of stainless steel. The drive consists of a geared electric motor with belt transmission.
