with facility of conducting several tests at a time, Lab-Sifter,
Falling Number Apparatus, Sedimentation Shaker, Infra Red Moisture
Meter, Dough Kneader, Expanso-Graph, Baking Oven, Gluten Washer
and Titration Apparatus.

Spacious storage go-downs having storage capacity of 800MT for
storage of different categories of raw wheat and material handling
through chain conveyor and screw conveyors with capacity to handle
20 tons per hour.

Screen Room
Efficient screen-room consisting of Rotary / Vibratory Separators,
Destoner Classifier, Horizontal Scouring Machines, Intensive Dampening
with Micro-Processor Controller and Effective Aspiration System
for removal of dust and On-Line Refraction Grinding System
and Volumetric Feeders with AC drive, Rotometers with Sensing
Equipments for process automation set to handle about 8 to
12 tons per hour for cleaning and conditioning of wheat before
grinding

Silos
Huge bins and silos are part of the cleaning process for storage
of different categories of wheat, blending storage and conditioning
purposes having capacities up to 1300 tons.

Roller
Flour Mill
Wheat after cleaning and conditioning are taken to individual A
& B mills each having grinding capacity of 150 MT per day. The mills
have 100% imported machines in A mill and 60% imported machines
in B mill.

Purifiers - Grading and Purification of Stocks
Plan-Sifters - Grading of Stocks into various fractions and
for extraction of flour in stages
Pneumatic Handling System - Sifting of stocks from ground
to the top floor using high pressure fans and filters.
Milling Techniques - Extraction of various finished products
as Maida, Sooji, Resultant Atta, Wheat Fine Bran and Bran Flakes
by gradual particle size reduction.

Whole Meal Atta Plant
A Mini Whole Meal Atta Plant is also installed inside the mill
with the production capacity of about 1.5 tons per hour using
high pressure grinding of rubberized stone chukkies manufacturing
traditional Atta of wheaty aroma and fiber-rich taste for delicious
Chapathi and Puries with inherent unique softness.

New Product Lines
Additional product lines as “Samba Wheat Rawa"
and “Samba Broken Wheat “ are introduced during first
week of August 2002 in retail segment.

Finished Goods Go-down
Finished products
go-downs of about 800 tons storage capacity are located separately
with semi-mechanized stack loader equipment.
Packing
Semi-automatic form fill seal machine
for consumer packing is also available for half and one kg unit
packs to cater retail household segment.

Other Facilities
The entire continuous process unit has well supported service
infrastructure of maintenance and electrical departments in HT
category operated by 1000 KVA transformer and 250 KVA imported
stand-by generator.
